Our pricing reflects that: essential coordination is free, forever; AI insights are the only thing we charge for; and we publish the principles we hold ourselves to, so you can hold us to them too.

What Mallowa costs vs. what coordination pays

One patient-month of Chronic Care Management bills $66.13 (99490, 2026 Medicare); an APCM level-2 bundle bills $53.78 (G0557). A handful of enrolled patients typically covers a Solo plan — run your own numbers in the coordination-revenue calculator. Estimates use Medicare rates; verify with each payer.

    The free tier stays free.

    If it's free today, it will be free for the life of the platform. We will never move a free feature behind a paywall.

    No per-seat charges inside a care circle.

    A parent or self-advocate inviting 15 care team members is the whole point of Mallowa. It's free.

    AI is the only thing we paywall by default.

    Because running AI costs us money on every insight. Everything else — the coordination that actually helps — stays free.

    No ads. No data sales. Ever.

    Mallowa is funded by the people who use it. We will never sell your data, broker it to third parties, or run advertising against your child's information. HIPAA forbids some of this already. We go further.

    Zero PHI ever reaches a third-party AI model.

    Our AI runs through a 7-layer de-identification pipeline — structural scrubbing, free-text scrubbing, deterministic validation gate, semantic Haiku validation, surrogate substitution, and re-identification on return. The AI helps analyze patterns without ever seeing your loved one's identity. This is a stronger privacy guarantee than a typical AI vendor contract provides.
